New Year's resolutions.....are you a fan of them? Have you made any for 2021?
I was reading that only 46% of people who make New Year’s resolutions are successful, according to one study. That means over half of the people who set a goal for the new year will fail!
I was actually surprised by the success rate....46%. Below are the most popular new year's resolutions.
Exercise more
Lose weight
Get organized
Learn a new skill or hobby
Live life to the fullest
Save more money / spend less money
Quit smoking
Spend more time with family and friends
Travel more

If you have promised yourself any of these, then you're not alone.
I'm not a big believer in them. If you really want or need to change something in your life, why wait until January 1st? For example, I started to exercise more from September. I was ready and motivated so why wait another 4 months??
But having said that, I must admit that I have copied one resolution from the list above....to learn a skill and surprise surprise it's a language.
I have a love hate relationship with the Polish language, but I've set myself a new, daily goal, I've made it achievable and each month I'll review my progress. So lets see what happens!! I really hope I'll be part of the 46%.
So why not join me...make just one resolution and really, really try to stick to it. You could improve your English language skills and maybe, just maybe we can increase that success rate together.
Good luck!! Until next time.
